Ann-Christins Mouantris story begins in January 2018, when she sought a private tandvårdsmottagning in the Stockholm area as she has gone to in several years to repair a cracked tooth.
Four years earlier, she had done a root canal on the same tooth which was now cracked. She called the reception and got an appointment with a different dentist than her ordinary one, as not had the time.
– The new dentist gave a dark description of my dental health, and told me that I needed to undergo extensive treatments that would be very costly, due to the root on the tooth that I rotfyllt was infected, the damage to my other teeth, and a sharply caries on a tooth, " she says.

" Then I contacted the department head to describe my experience. He rejected me and told me that I should change the clinic because of my dissatisfaction. Then they turned Ann-Christin Mouantri to the public dental service. It was there that she of a completely different view of the situation.
" They gave a total different picture and the prize. They discovered no problem whatsoever with some teeth, which the private clinic considered to be at risk. Their assessment was that I only needed to adjust the tooth with the crack, if I felt it bothered me, but it did not. Therefore, I decided to not do anything about it, " she says.
a compensation of about 2,000 crowns from the private reception for the failure of the rotfyllningen that may have caused the tooth cracked. This was nothing she had expected or demanded.
Ann-Christin Mouantri notified the private clinic to the Inspection for health care (IVO). The case is not yet done.
