60 very suitable profiles to enter the labor market right now

The ideal positions that facilitate more direct access to the labor market are a reliable clue for those seeking a first job, but also for those who are immersed in the dilemma of the 'great resignation', in a labor scenario such as the Spanish one of positions that they are not covered.

"Your first job doesn't have to be perfect. Learning what you don't like is just as important as learning what you do"... This advice from Lindsey Pollak, career expert and author of Getting from College to Career, is mostly about those who enter the labor market for the first time, something decisive in times of great resignation. "Start somewhere. Start anywhere," suggests Lindsey Pollak, who advocates professionals "starting and learning from experimentation rather than standing still." In general, experts say that what really matters is looking for jobs that match our skills and salary requirements, not just the academic title that each one obtains.

Career starters can be recent graduates or those starting a career path, with less than four years of full-time work experience. Many of these entry-level positions do not require previous experience in a certain field, and are positions in which the employer is willing to train and help the candidate develop the skills necessary for the position.

LinkedIn has recently updated the most eligible and sought-after entry professional profiles. His latest Guide to Boosting Your Career 2022 is a catalog of key positions to start professional life in which Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative and Talent Acquisition Specialist are the three entry-level positions of fastest-growing in this most-demanded update, which also highlights the position of barista, a "professional specializing in preparing and serving a variety of beverages who typically works in a coffee shop, bookstore, or bar serving specialty coffee or espresso drinks.

Although it is not about waiters in the strict sense, the demand for this profile in the LinkedIn classification is consistent with the current needs, in the case of Spain, of this type of professional in the framework of a debate in which the Ministry of Labor It positions itself by recommending that hoteliers pay higher wages if they want to avoid a shortage of waiters.

During the pandemic, profiles in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), information technology, data analytics, finance, or consulting disciplines offered the best pay. Responsible for creating the big data analytics framework for companies, these professionals are required to have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a related field. Some companies may require an advanced degree and proof that you have some basic data science skills.

Another of those highly demanded entry profiles during the pandemic has been that of a 'management' consultant, with an average gross annual salary of up to 128,000 euros and, of course, the star profile: software engineer, who can receive between 45,000 and 93,000 euros gross per year.
