Vera Local Police has three new agents

Three of the opponents have been elected as officials in training or practices. The applicants will now begin a six-month training program and, then, must complete a six-month internship in the municipality. After all phases are completed, the Vera Local Police Corps will appoint police officers.

They have all sworn to their positions as agents in training and promised to faithfully perform the duties of the position with loyalty to King as well as to preserve and uphold the Constitution as a fundamental principle of the State.

The mayor welcomed the new agents and thanked them for their "vocation of serving others and contributing to the safety and security of Vera and all its residents".

Vera City Council wishes to congratulate the applicants on their accomplishments and is confident that they will soon become part of the Local Police Staff.

This new commitment from the municipal government is to improve the security of the municipality. After the recent acquisitions of new vehicles to increase its vehicle fleet and to incorporate a drone into its resources to better monitor and control the municipality, this increases the effectiveness to ensure a better service for all residents.
