Juan Antonio Lorenzo (the mayor of Seron) and Juan Jose Cazorla Gea (the president of Menas Mountain Club), signed a collaboration agreement. The project was to produce a cartographic-geological catalog that contains the sinkholes, cavities and water mines. It also includes the fauna and flora found in the Sierra de los Filabres, especially the municipality of Seron. This inventory will be used to record these cavities.
Both parties agreed that the best way to achieve this activity was the signing of the above agreement. This ensures stable, regulated collaboration conditions within a document.
The mayor stressed that the chances of the consistory being tourist-friendly would be good.
The City Council of Seron will thus pay all costs associated with the development of the initiative, which totals 3,295 Euros. The Menas Mountain Club, for its part, has agreed to conduct all field measurements, photo reports, and compilation of all data from all chasms in the municipality Seron. These data will be used in a project. It must also include the study of all sinkholes within the municipality of Seron. Two of these must be the Telegrama and Jota mines. A third must be determined between the Seron Town Hall or the Menas Mountain Club.
The Menas Mountain Club, on the other hand, must submit annually to the City Council in its Department of Sports a report of the work being done, along with all data, from a computer file. The final project must contain the study of at most 30 cavities or chasms. The municipality of Seron has the right to distribute and sell the project in order to prepare brochures, books, or other formats it considers appropriate for dissemination of the collected data. Menas Mountain Club can keep a copy all studies done and may prepare informative brochures for non-profit purposes.
Seron City Council will also include Menas Mountain Club advertising in all formats where the project is published. This Agreement will be valid for a period of four years. Both parties can extend, modify, or extend it by mutual agreement.
The computer equipment required to complete the task has been decided upon. A ultra-resistant cellular portable device for the development and maintenance of topographic programs with a cost of 250 Euros and a Nikon d750 photography equipment with a budget of 1500 euros. These devices can be easily replaced with other similar-looking equipment.
