The Carmen Jimenez Center presents a collection of beautiful La Zubia farmhouses.

The Carmen Jimenez Center in La Zubia is hosting the exhibition "Cortijos De La Zubia" until July 29th. You can see several dozen oil paintings by Andres Quinros Yanez in our most rural environment. The Zubian artist and painter, Andres Quiros Yanez, has dedicated his whole life to the construction industry. However, he has for many years been able to reflect with his palette on some of the most stunning farmhouses in the metropolitan area, such as Macareno Balzain Este Perrera, Perrera, or Parejo.

Natalia Arregui (City Council of La Zubia), highlighted that Andres Quiros was able to capture the essence of La Zubia's heritage like no other. She also noted that the paintings reflect his vision of the municipality in which he was born and has lived since childhood.

The exhibition 'Cortijos de La Zubia. Carmen Jimenez is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 4 p.m. till 9 p.m.
