Indalecio Sanchez Monttesinos, the delegate of Andalusian Government, expressed his surprise at the "alarmism” raised by the Granada City Council about the Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions. This is despite the fact that there has been no action or decision in this area in recent weeks.
