Pedro Sanchez, President of the Government has congratulated Juan Manuel Moreno tonight, the winner of the Andalusian election, but warned him that the PSOE would be "guarantor” of public services as well as social rights.

Pedro Sanchez, President of the Government has congratulated Juan Manuel Moreno tonight, the winner of the Andalusian election, but warned him that the PSOE would be "guarantor” of public services as well as social rights.

In a Twitter note, he stated this in an acknowledgement of Juanma Moreno's 19-J results. After congratulating Juanma on her victory, he recalled that the PSOE "will always guarantee public services, equality, and social rights."

We are very proud of @JuanMa_Moreno's results.

In this tweet, the Executive's head also expressed his gratitude to Juan Espadas, socialist candidate, for "the great work done" and to all Andalusians who have remained faithful to the PSOE.
