The Red Cross has opened a new training facility in the city, which completes the network of Red Cross centers throughout the area. It was donated by the council.
The building is located at Calle de Las Lomas. It was previously the headquarters for the adult school in the area. The municipal collaboration went beyond the transfer of property. Urban Agenda has performed various renovations to the building including the adaptation and reforming of the toilets and patios, as well as the floor and tiling changes, waterproofing, and painting the entire property. Two completely empty rooms have been made possible by these works.
