Next Saturday, March 16, will be the fifth edition of Churriana Integra Inclusive Racing. Participants will depart at 10 AM from Plaza de la Paz, Churriana de la Vega. The City Council of Churriana de la Vega organized this sporting event.
You can enjoy a day of fun and exercise while taking part in the prepared sports activities. For the benefit of all participants, the organizing entities will prepare various sports stands, a rehabilitation center, a bounce castle, animation, and music.
All kinds of people are welcome
The Granada Integra Association will benefit from this event, which aims to raise funds for a loan bank to purchase adaptive sports equipment. This non-profit organization promotes inclusive and adapted sports for people with disabilities in the province. The churrian association says it will be a "nice, day of inclusive sports" and "coexistence." Granada Integra's mission is to promote inclusive leisure activities and make sports practice a tool for integration and social normalization.
The route for the inclusive race will be between 5 and 10 kilometers depending on which category the person is registered in. This includes categories for children of different ages and adults. Registration costs 10 euros for adults and is free for children younger than 13. Registration includes a T-shirt, bag for runners and ticket for midday paella.
