Miguel Angel Martinez Pozo announced the Moors-Christian festivities of Benamaurel 2022 on Sunday, April 17. The town crier, a student of the Moors-Christian festivities and therefore an expert in the subject, will proclaim the festivities from his hometown.
The crier asked the audience four questions that made them question their identity. They dealt with how they can overcome pain and suffering, and how it made them resilient to being forgotten. I am the town crier.
Miguel Angel Martinez Pozo points out that "Being a towncrier is the greatest responsibility and the greatest satisfaction. It's also the most challenging job that you can have." I am grateful that you helped me realize one of my goals.
The town crier says that "my proclamation wouldn't have been the same without piano accompaniment from two great sisters, who made us feel unrepeatable moments and filled the historical journey with emotions and feelings we will never forget." Thank you, Monica and Nazareth. I will always be grateful to them for not being afraid to be a part of this special moment.
