Families will be able to pay their electricity bills with the proceeds of a La Zubia gospel concert

The Carlos Cano Cultural Center in La Zubia hosted last night a solidarity concert featuring gospel and soul. All proceeds will be donated to the La Zubia Voluntaria organization, which helps families who have less resources to pay their electricity bills.

The Gospel Choir performed the musical event, which raised more than 850 euro.

Rosa Gamero (City Councillor for Culture of La Zubia) highlighted the success of the initiative. Tickets were three euros. The collective La Zubia Voluntaria will benefit from the proceeds of all the fundraising, thanks to the cooperation of the consistory.

Puri Lopez, La Zubia's mayor, emphasized "the vital work that this association has been doing for years in our municipal to always help the most needy." The councilor thanked everyone for their cooperation.
