The V Encounter of Theater for Children will be held next March 23 in Churriana de la Vega. This annual event is celebrated on the World Day of Theater for Children and Youth. The Municipal Palace of Performing Arts and Music, which will host workshops, conferences, and allow children to see different plays adapted for children's audiences, will be open throughout Saturday.
The opening of the exhibition "60th Anniversary Peneque, Pouplets from Miguel Pino" will be held at 11 AM. This is the first act of today's day. The World Puppetry Day manifesto, which can be viewed freely in the lobby of Municipal Center of Culture, will be read at the inauguration. The exhibition will remain open until March 28, at the regular time of the municipal centre.
Workshops and screenings
The activities for the entire family will start at 11:30, with the youngest members of the household being the focus. The first activity will be the 'More costly' workshop. At 6:00 pm, the International Association of Theater for Children and Youth will announce the message "Take a child to theater" and read a manifesto for the World Day on March 20. The second play of today will be performed by the Municipal School of Churriana de la Vega, and the Bambino Theater School of Cajar, about a quarter of an hour later.
The Bambino School will continue the day at 18:30 with its advanced group. This will bring life to the play "Alice in Verse". The last children's play of today will be at 7:30 p.m. with 'The Adventures of Pelegrin,' which will feature the Arbole Theater of Zaragoza as well as the Churriana de la Vega Theater school.
Parallel activities
On March 22, Antonio Pino and Miguel Pino from Producciones Infantiles Peneque will host the conference 'Puppets of the World.' In the same Palace of Performing Arts and Music, the people of Malaga will give an educational talk to the Schools of Churriana De la Vega.
