The judicial authority has initiated disciplinary proceedings against Attorney General Jörg Fröhlich. The authority announced on Friday that he had applied for this himself. The authority will now appoint an outside person who will conduct the investigation independently.
The case is about the questionable acceptance of St Pauli tickets by today's Senator for the Interior, Andy Grote, who was then the head of the central district office - and the role of the Attorney General.
