Arrest warrant issued for Marilyn Manson at New Hampshire

Manson is facing two counts of Class A misdemeanor simple assault stemming from a 2019 episode in the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, as stated by the Gilford Police Department.

Gilford authorities said Manson was doing in a concert in the pavilion on Aug. 18, 2019, once an attack involving a videographer purportedly occurred.

In accordance with TMZ, the episode allegedly involved Manson spitting at the videographer throughout the concert.

"The alleged assaults aren't sexual in character as was requested by a lot of different media outlets because of a range of additional allegations made against Mr. Warner," that the Gilford authorities said in a statement.

Manson is presently being researched for domestic violence allegations from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

A Class A misdemeanor in New Hampshire can take a potential prison sentence of around a year plus a fine of $2,000.00 or less.

Gilford authorities said Manson has understood about the merit"for a time," adding that"no attempt was made by him to come back to New Hampshire to answer the pending charges."
