Xi sees a historic opportunity for Korea

China's President Xi Jinping speaks of a "rare historic opportunity" for an agreement on the Korean Peninsula. The North Korean dictator, Kim Jong-un wants to make a contribution.

Xi Jinping to North Korea's commander-in-chief, Kim Jong-un expressed during his visit to Beijing this week, the hope is that Kim and US President, Donald Trump would be sure to meet with a possible second summit of each other, reported the Chinese news Agency Xinhua on Thursday. Kim promised, therefore, his country would seek "to achieve results, which will be welcomed by the international community".

North Korea's "legitimate concerns" should be taken seriously, and they will respond, to achieve a comprehensive settlement for the Korean Peninsula, Xi Jinping.

North Korea out of Isolation free

Kim had arrived at the beginning of the week to a multi-day visit to China. According to experts, the journey, before the planned date of the next summit meeting with US President, Trump with the Chinese leadership vote.
