With GPS transmitters followed and stabbed

A 52-Year-old attacked the new Partner of his Ex-wife with a screwdriver. Now, a court sentenced him to imprisonment.

The two men had followed in July 2018, the victim with a GPS transmitter, and in Neu-Ulm with a can of pepper spray and a baton attacked. The Ex-man was stabbed with a screwdriver on the Injured party. The murder weapon is said to have honed his accomplice previously pointed. It was only when local residents noticed the Attack, were the perpetrators. The victim suffered serious injuries.

Both of the accused confessed to the crime before the court, but emphasised not to have any intent to murder. They wanted to give the victim only a "contusion," the 41-year-old accomplice, repeated several times during the process. The state's attorney had a different view: "The victim was deliberately lured into a trap and was defenseless."

In the plea he alleged that the Ex-husband of "jealousy, hatred, anger and annoyance" as a motive. He called for him a prison sentence of eight years for the accomplice of six years for attempted community murder. The defenders pleaded, however, for dangerous bodily harm and requested for the husband of a maximum sentence of four years and his accomplice for three years. The trial chamber was not convinced of the intent to kill and sentenced men because of dangerous bodily injury. The judgment is not yet final.
