It is about seven media houses, which join together to bid on the right to send to the radio on the channel with the formal name FM4:
Jysk Fynske Media, Herning Folkeblad, Skive Folkeblad, Liberal Media, Lollands-Falsters folketidende on, the Flensburg Newspaper and Radio ABC in dallas.
Furthermore, the hills, the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten, and Der Nordschleswiger up on the application of the regional media.
At the head of the project stands Jysk Fynske Media, there seems to be able to deliver on the politicians ' desire for a more regionally rooted radio.
- We think that the messages from the political hold that the (radio ed.) must be placed and substantially to a greater extent reflect the local is extremely interesting and relevant for us, says Bjarne Munck, executive vice director at Jysk Fynske Media, to the news agency Ritzau.
the key for the Danish people's Party in the formulation of tender documents for the FM4-channel has been the geographical location of the radio hovedredaktion.
Where a radio station operated by the regional media needs to be anchored, however, they have not made clear yet, says Bjarne Munck.
- We have not made it finally up, but, Aarhus, Herning and Odense, denmark is the obvious choice for us to send a part of our shows from. But where the head office exactly should be, we have not determined as yet.
Even though the media, not surprisingly, believes itself to be able to deliver a good radio, so there is respect for the product, which today is being delivered from Copenhagen and Radio24syv.
- First and foremost, we have very great respect for it, that are made at Radio24syv. But we think we can make it more local and thus making it relevant to a larger audience, who do not have the current formats of interest.
- But there is no doubt that there are some talented forces at Radio24syv, and them we will, where appropriate, also consider how they will be able to run further, says Bjarne Munck.
