"We want to and we are ready to the relations with Ukraine fully recover," said Putin on Thursday in the ostrussischen Vladivostok journalists. It narrowed, however, that Russia could not do so "unilaterally".
The relations between the two neighboring countries are affected is difficult. Russia had annexed in 2014, the Ukrainian Peninsula of Crimea and supported separatist fighters in the East of the country.
