Brand new N-VA-councillor Yannick Aerts from Limburg Zonhoven has a somewhat difficult relationship with his pet Pico the parrot. The young politician took last summer Pico about his former boss when he his house was purchased. On the first zomerbarbecue started the beast immediately cheerful " Oh, dear Belgium...' to whistle.
