Two officers from the city of Buffalo in New York, which overturned an older man pounding at a demonstration on Thursday, have been charged with assault.
It informs the public prosecutor, according to news agency AP and netmediet the Huffington Post.
Both officers refuse guilty of the charge, writes the Huffington Post.
The 75-year-old man who was pushed over the edge by the ushers, was hospitalized with head injuries.

The two cops in New York were subsequently suspended from their jobs without pay while the case is investigated.
