The popular chinese videoapp TikTok will not give up its platform in the UNITED states. It says the company's u.s. country manager, Vanessa Pappas, in a video to the app's users Saturday american time.

TikTok has among other things been criticized strongly for to steal, and to use the data from the users who download the app.
