For her first adventure on the left bank, the group Perch, used to places that are festive and user-friendly installed into frames that are extraordinary, makes his bet as "the most ambitious". The Roost at the Porte de Versailles will be able to accommodate up to 400 people, with its restaurant of 250 m2 and a panoramic terrace of 489 m2 oriented towards the urban culture.
the architecture of The place, designed by the Studio Perrier, wanted to "put nature in the heart of the project", with a decor that gives pride of place to natural materials (bamboo, limestone, frescoes, floral...). In a first time, alone in the cocktail bar opens its doors. The map of creations made with seasonal produce, including some from the neighbouring farm, and distilled spirits by the house near Cognac, escorted small plates. For the Fête de la musique on 21 June, seven concerts and DJ sets will be playing from 12 noon to 1: 30, in particular, Malik Djoudi, Fishbach, Alex Pan, or Oracle Sisters.
It will be necessary to wait until 26 June for the inauguration of the restaurant, the Table of the Perch, which was entrusted to Jeremy Claudepierre. Which, in a responsible approach, is committed to working with local products in short circuits. 100% of the products grown in the farm by Urban Nature will be found in particular in the plates. On the menu, small plates vegetable (artichoke whole sauce gribiche ; asparagus green and white with an emulsion hazelnut butter ; perfect egg with porcini mushrooms, chanterelles and bread) and dishes of travelers (bar integer, vegetables of the neighbor, corn, salsa, red and green tortilla ; chuck flap of Angus beef, zucchini, and tomatoes from the neighbor, potatoes, shot, juice of herbs). All washed down with organic wines or nature of the whole of France.
The group Perch is also at the head of three other "rooftops" parisian - Ménilmontant (the first, opened in 2013), Marshes (on the roof of the BHV) and gare de l'est, as well as of the Pavillon Puebla in the Buttes-Chaumont and the Dome in the former auction room of the Mont-De-Piété " (Marsh). The Roost Ménilmontant, le Pavillon Puebla, and the Perch have already reopened. As for the Perch Marais, the terrace welcomes you again from the 17 of June in an atmosphere of marseille.
