The Federal Council wants tougher penalties for Darknet dealer

The Federal Council wants to enforce tougher punishments and better identify opportunities to tackle illegal trade platforms in the so-called Darknet. The proposals are for civil rights is controversial.

The Federal Council is pushing for a new criminal law to be able to in the future to strengthen the fight against illegal trading platforms in the so-called Darknet approach.
