In court it emerged that the 25-year-old Stephen Waterson had therefore pressed the button that led to the electrical bilsæde back against the back seat, where the little boy sat on the floor of the car. The little Alfie was, therefore, strongly pinched by the bilsædet and had trouble breathing.

the driver of the Car Marcus Lamb told the court that he had first heard the 23-year-old mother beat her son Alfie, before her boyfriend moved bilsædet back. Stephen Waterson moved on top of the purchase bilsædet even further back, although he was asked to move bilsædet forward again, because it was quite obvious that Alfie was struggling to breathe.

According to the prosecutor let Stephen Waterson bilsædet be back during the rest of the trip, even if suddenly there came not a single sound from Alfie.

When the four adults came to their destination in Croydon, in south London, was the lifeless Alfie carried out of the car, before it was summoned an ambulance, which drove him to the hospital. Alfie was put into the respirator, but died a few days after in the hospital.

The 23-year-old mother of Adrian Hoare refuses guilty of manslaughter, and child abuse. Boyfriend Stephen Waterson refuses also guilty of manslaughter.
