A three-year-old boy screamed for help to her mother, when the mother's boyfriend intentionally crushed him with an electric bilsæde, because he was too much over on the back seat, where he sat between his mother's feet on the floor of the car.
How to sound, at least the indictment against the 23-year-old mother of Adrian Hoare and her 25-year-old boyfriend Stephen Waterson, who also both accused of lying.
In the first police interviews in connection with the case claimed they both, the little three-year-old Alfie died in connection with the fact that they had taken a taxi.

Later, it is by means of cctv cameras, established that the little Alfie died while he sat in an Audi with his mother and the mother's boyfriend, as well as two other adults, the driver of the car Marcus Lamb and his girlfriend Emilie Williams, who also sat in the back seat.
The latter two are taken as witnesses in the trial, which now runs in the 'Old Bailey' in London.
The four adults and the little boy had been on a shopping trip, because little Alfie on the way home in the car supposedly was a little too loud with the scream and yell. It was the 23-year-old mother's boyfriend Stephen Waterson quite annoyed.

In court it emerged that the 25-year-old Stephen Waterson had therefore pressed the button that led to the electrical bilsæde back against the back seat, where the little boy sat on the floor of the car. The little Alfie was, therefore, strongly pinched by the bilsædet and had trouble breathing.
the driver of the Car Marcus Lamb told the court that he had first heard the 23-year-old mother beat her son Alfie, before her boyfriend moved bilsædet back. Stephen Waterson moved on top of the purchase bilsædet even further back, although he was asked to move bilsædet forward again, because it was quite obvious that Alfie was struggling to breathe.
According to the prosecutor let Stephen Waterson bilsædet be back during the rest of the trip, even if suddenly there came not a single sound from Alfie.
When the four adults came to their destination in Croydon, in south London, was the lifeless Alfie carried out of the car, before it was summoned an ambulance, which drove him to the hospital. Alfie was put into the respirator, but died a few days after in the hospital.
