Swedish police has on Wednesday morning started in a search of the Swedish bank Swedbank's head office.
It confirms the Ekobrottsmyndigheten (EBM) on Twitter.
'EBM can confirm they are leaking state secrets, who go on, that a raid is taking place at Swedbank's head office,' writes the authority.
'the Raid conducted by officers from the EBM's Finansmarkedskammer after the assignment from the chief prosecutor Thomas Langrot with reference to an ongoing feasibility study at Swedbank.'
EBM's task is to prevent and combat economic crime in Sweden.
According to the Swedish news agency TT falls Swedbank's share by seven percent in value, immediately after the search has been known.
Swedish police deny that the search of Swedbank's head office is in connection with a police report from the hvidvaskjægeren Bill Browder.
