The 41-year-old suspect in the murder of Peggy remains on the loose. The district court Bayreuth has rejected a complaint by the public Prosecutor's office against the release of the man, as a spokesman of the court announced on Thursday. Previously, the "Frank post"reported.
The Suspect is from the upper Franconian district of Wunsiedel had been on Christmas eve, according to a decision of the district court from the remand. His lawyer had previously lodged a complaint against Detention. The district court denied a probable cause against the 41-Year-old, among other things, because he had to call his part-confession, and this could no longer be used against him.

The nine-year-old Peggy was on 7. May 2001 on the way home from school disappeared. In July 2016, and parts of her skeleton were found in a forest in Rodach Brunn in the Thuringian Saale-Orla-Kreis, nearly 20 kilometers from Peggy's hometown of Lichtenberg in upper Franconia.
