North Korea takes Russian President Putin, according to a task of its nuclear program, security guarantees. He said at the conclusion of the meeting with the powers-that-Kim in Vladivostok.
Russia's President Vladimir Putin suggested after his first summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un is international guarantees for the country and a reissue of the Six-party talks. Russia was in favour of, as well as the United States, a complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
Kim was, he need for a waiver of its nuclear weapons program, security guarantees, Putin said in Vladivostok, where he had briefly passed before Kim, after around five hours of talks.
Such guarantees would have to be internationally given when they should work. "We can think about international guarantees." However, it is too early to say how this should look like. "We need to take the first steps to build trust," said Putin.
