Spring in February: So hot it can be

the winter holidays ends with a shot of vitamin D to the entire country.

But so lucky we are not to be.

- Enjoy the sun on Saturday, for Sunday we stand up to haze and fog, and the sun will be hidden behind the clouds, says Steen Rasmussen, who is on duty meteorologist at the Danish Meteorological Institute (DMI).

But even though the Sunday not sunny, there will still be the warmer temperatures of between eight and twelve degrees. This is because the warmer air is on the way over Denmark, and particularly the southern own will feel temperatures up to 12 degrees.

- It is quite unusual at this time of the year by hitting 12 degrees. Usually we are two degrees in February which is the coldest month, says Steen Rasmussen.

And for the next few days, it continues in warm weather, for there is not something cold on the way.

Monday will be the peak in the next week, where it will be like in the early springtime with between seven and twelve degrees, but then it goes a bit downhill, says meterologen.

on the Night of Tuesday there will be no rain check in of Jutland, denmark, that moves to the east. Therefore we come not to hit the very high heating degrees, as we had just become accustomed to the Saturday and Sunday.

- But we get higher temperatures than what can normally be expected in February, says Steen Rasmussen.
