The 44-year-old scientist Deasy Tuwo from Indonesia lost their lives when she, according to The Independent fell down in the enclosure to the more than five-meter-long crocodile Merry.
It is thought that Deasy would feed the large reptilen in CV Yosiki-lab, but that something went wrong in the process. When her colleagues arrived Friday morning, they found the remains of Deasy floating in the water in the enclosure.
Sky News writes that the crocodile should have gotten hold of the woman and pulled her down into the water.

- We saw that something was floating in the water. It turned out to be half of the Deasys body, " he says.
He gave at the same time expressed that he was confused over how this could happen. Deasy was experienced in his job, and Rumengan had even let his son be with the woman on krokodillematingen on several occasions.
Raswin Sirait is chief of police in the nearby town of Tomohon. He can tell that the crocodile Merry was tranquilized and removed from the enclosure before the police could start etterforskningsarbeidet.
He added that the authorities now are trying to get a hold of the man who owns the crocodile and the lab, and find out whether or not he has the required paperwork that is needed to have such a "pet".
