the Reorganisation did not lead to improved results, and the Varner Group has now decided to discontinue operations in the course of twelve months, says in a press release.

- It is sad that we have not succeeded with the turnaround for Days Like This, especially for the employees who have put down a large bet to try to turn the ship. But tallenes tale is aware, there is no basis for further operations, " says Varner-director Øyvind Bustnes.

Varner bought Vivikes in 1994. The chain had a turnover in 2018 at 232 million and focused on the market for women aged 40 years and upwards.
