Prosecutor: Mother played the computer while two died of poison, and beatings

A mother played video games with her boyfriend, while her 22-month-old daughter lay dying after having been beaten up by one of the one or both of them.

It has emerged in court in the uk Truro, where a 26-year-old mother, Abigail Letherland, and her 31-year-old boyfriend Tom Curd, is accused of having forced her daughter, 22-month-old Eve Letherland to take pain-relieving drugs produced for adults, after giving her a violent beating.
