Pop star arrested: Threatened with suicide

Brian Harvey was arrested last night after he threatened, among other things, committed suicide in a livestream on YouTube.

The former frontman of the popular English boy band East 17 told of his financial and mental problems in several videos, and called on the prime minister Theresa May to help people with mental disorders.

video footage on YouTube shows the alleged Brian harvey's arrest in his home in Walthamstow in northeast London. The 44-year-old singer was subsequently mentalundersøgt and is now in police custody.


Brian Harvey was sacked from East 17 in 1997 after he proclaimed that ecstasy could 'make you a better person'.
