- There must be room for both sexes in skurvognen, because working thankfully both women and men around the country's construction sites, and then it must of course be such that one can lock the door when you e.g. washing themselves after the day's work, says employment Troels Lund Poulsen (V) in a press release.

It is precisely the minister of employment, which, together with 3F and the Danish Construction association have signed the agreement on a locked door in the skurvognene. But even though it is now black on white, it is still quite unreal for mason-Catherine, that her struggle has helped.

- It is not gone up for me basically, and I see it might not be quite so large yet, until it is out here, for it is such a little intangible, says Mette Schak Dahlmann.

But although she now has scored success with its struggle, it has not been easy getting her to stand up.

- It has been a tough battle. I have felt that I have been very much alone. Many have made me, that I would have special treatment and scolded me out, because I don't need to have gender equality, she says.
