New details about the violent kvælningsoverfald: the Victim spat blood

One of the country's best MMA fighters are accused of serious violence against a 16-year-old man after a serious episode in kampsportsklubben Rumble Sports in copenhagen 7. november.

the Extra Leaf has previously described the incident in detail, but now there is new information on the damage of the 16-year-old man.

According to the prosecution was the professional MMA fights of the 16-year-old with attached hand and performed two so-called professionally performed halsgreb.

It caused him to lose consciousness briefly, then he spat blood.

Subsequent studies showed that the 16-year-old got more underhudsblødninger on the the neck and throat, while there was found punktformede bleeding behind both ears – just as there also were traces of the attack in the left eye and on the right eyelid.

It appears by the indictment, which Ekstra Bladet has had access to.

the Man indicted for the so-called coarse voldsparagraf, which includes legemsangreb by a particularly raw, brutal or dangerous character. In the worst case it can provide up to six years in prison.

Ekstra Bladet has been in touch with lawyer Michael Juul Eriksen, defending the MMA fighter in the Court of Frederiksberg first in the new year. He says that his client refuses or is guilty, but that he will not comment on the matter further, before the trial begins.

Copenhagen Police confirmed earlier, that the man was arrested in good order at an address in Copenhagen. He was subsequently released and is therefore at liberty, until that fall judgment in the case.

Both men were subsequently expelled permanently from the kampsportsklubben.

the Matter started when the two men sparrede in the Rumble Sports the day before the incident. The training developed, however violently, and the two parties had subsequently separated.

It ended, however, not with it.

the Day after was the professional fight back in the club and passed by the 16-year-olds. The meeting was not in connection with training in the club.

According to Ekstra information, he asked the 16-year-old, the two still had a problem, or whether they had come on. It said the 16-year-old that he would probably find out later later in the day.

It led to the MMA fighter threw himself over the 16-year-old and made a so-called 'choke', which got him to go out like a light. Choke is a grip in MMA, but is, of course, completely banned outside of oktagonen.

Subsequently, there was some commotion outside the club, where several persons related to the 16-year-old would have fat in the MMA-fighter, who, however, escaped.
