Midelfart bisector in Fredlys tankrederi

(Obi.no:) It may look like Hermione Midelfart has lost faith in Arne Fredlys Hunter Group. In the course of a three weeks ' time, from 21. January has Midelfart through Pescara Invest AS, according to the updated aksjonærlister, sold down from owning 3.5 million shares in tankrederiet, to 2,05 million shares.

Shares for 7 million.

the Hunter Group is at the moment down 0,61 per cent on the Oslo stock Exchange, to than 3.27 million, and Pescara Invest owns thus shares in the Fredlys tanksatsing for about 6,7 million.

Pescara Invest – formerly Midelfart Invest is to find on a 27. place on aksjonærlisten with an ownership interest of 0,53 per cent.

Midelfart Invest was previously 54 per cent owned by Midelfart Holding, which was owned 50/50 by Midelfart Capital (Celina Midelfart) and Pescara (Hermione Midelfart).

Pescara has bought out Midelfart Holdings of shares in Midelfart Invest, which then changed its name to Pescara Invest.

Celina Midelfart owns no shares in Midelfart Invest, either private or through the company.

Blystad second-largest

Fredly himself is the largest shareholder in the Hunter Group, with 26,89% interest, while Arne Blystad, who, by their Songa Trading sits on 29,98 million shares, equivalent to 7,79 percent stake, is the second largest shareholder.

Sundt AS - as in the previous week increased its holdings with 387.605 shares to 25,39 million shares - is the third-largest shareholder in the Hunter Group, with their 6,60 per cent.
