Pescara has bought out Midelfart Holdings of shares in Midelfart Invest, which then changed its name to Pescara Invest.
Celina Midelfart owns no shares in Midelfart Invest, either private or through the company.
Fredly himself is the largest shareholder in the Hunter Group, with 26,89% interest, while Arne Blystad, who, by their Songa Trading sits on 29,98 million shares, equivalent to 7,79 percent stake, is the second largest shareholder.
Sundt AS - as in the previous week increased its holdings with 387.605 shares to 25,39 million shares - is the third-largest shareholder in the Hunter Group, with their 6,60 per cent.Other financial news:
