Loved the mcdonalds employee retired after 32 years in Australia - he made customers smile

was 18 years old when he made his first shift at McDonald's in 1986 in Sydney, Australia. Now he retired 32 year career.

O'grady have Down syndrome, but that hasn't stopped him from being the restaurant's loyal employee.

Customers are loving the glad O’Grady, who has brought a smile to the customers face. Many of you have come to the restaurant only for him.

When O'grady had been at work for 30 years, the Australian Daily Mail did a story on her, which, according to O’Grady has become a district of its most famous resident.

– People stop her on the street and want to shake hands with Russell. It makes us feel incredible, to tell O’Grady's father Geoff . He said that he was very proud.

Russell started the intern, but he turns out to be very hard for an employee and the venue was changed to permanent.

One client told me that O'grady makes the restaurant brighter place.

– She is really sweet and friendly. It is wonderful to go to a restaurant, when Russell's in there, told us a local resident.

Now O’Grady is a 50-year-old and he thought to do his part and remains so in retirement.
