In a state of crisis-ridden country, it always comes back to failures in the supply of energy, however, yet not to this extent. Venezuela's electricity Minister, Luis Motta attributed the incident to an alleged sabotage attack on a water power plant, without providing evidence for this.
The government of rulers, Nicolás Maduro, are political opponents of the debt which will resulted in these problems own volition. His critics, however, investment in the electricity network, see corruption and lack of the reasons for the failures.
