Tsunekazu Takeda, is currently being investigated by a French prosecutor because of a suspicious money transfer, then Tokyo six years ago was awarded the title ahead of Madrid and Istanbul.

According to the French newspaper Le Monde suspect the French authorities in Tokyo to have paid off for a number of african votes in connection with the awarding of the OLYMPICS-hosting back in 2013.

According to Le Monde is Tsunekazu Takeda is suspected of being behind two shipments of about 15 million crowns for the company, Black Tidings, which is registered in Singapore.
