Inspiration comes in all sorts of places. I am one big mix of everything possible, from a purely musical – I think new, fresh pop music is wildly exciting, but is also deeply inspired by some of the old school legends like Paul Simon and The Eagles.'

'I have giant ambitions. I love what I'm doing, and the music fills my whole world. I see the Billboard number 1 for me!'

'The whole big, difficult question ... If I had to pick one of my own, it must be 'In The Window Frame'. The song I have had with me for many years, and it took unusual long time to make it finished, but I'm so proud of, when we finally reached forward to how the song should sound.

'When I was little, I had a nightmare that repeated itself several nights. It was terrible. I was chased by a terrier in such a 'kid-scooter' and could not escape quickly enough.'

'I think for a bit, pop music is 'my thing'. I think the genre is ideal when it comes to cutting things right to the bone.'

'Moreover, I like that, despite poppens immediate simplicity are the countless variations, and there is plenty of space to experiment and mix all sorts of genres into it. I love the more alternative genres – for example, I am crazy about artists like Bon Iver, James Blake and Francis & the Lights.'
