When you talk hockey in Sweden is that in recent times no bigger names than Peter Forsberg, Mats sundin mr, and Nicklas Lidström, who together have won four OLYMPIC gold and six WORLD championship gold and five Stanley Cup trophies.
The three men have long since achieved legend status both in Sweden and internationally for their strengths on the ice - but now they show that they also have a certain format outside the track.
They have purchased tickets for Sweden's next match - 7. February, where the opponent is the Czech republic - which they intend to distribute to children who would like to experience the 'Tre Kronor'.
Each has they bought 100 tickets (Peter Forsberg has purchased a further 21 because of its iconic rygnummer), as persons up to 20 years may apply to get part in on the Swedish ishockeyforbunds website.
Whether it also applies to Danish children, is there not something about - but is one in Stockholm 7. February with the urge to see the ice hockey world-class, so it is definitely worth making the attempt. If you are under 20 years of age.
There are, incidentally, much more ice hockey on the program than the one struggle. For it is a part of the Beijer Hockey Games, there is a firkantturnering between Sweden, Czech republic, Finland and Russia, which takes place in the hall Hovet right next to the stockholm Globe arena.
