The German Minister of health, Jens Spahn regrets the Exodus of Doctors and nurses from his country to Switzerland. "I'd like them back," he said in an Interview with the "Sunday look". He suggests a revision of the recruitment of professionals in certain Occupations.
The Swiss hospitals and homes for the elderly these professionals would be missing in Germany, said the 38-year-old CDU-Minister. "We have Polish Doctors, the lack, in turn, in Poland. This can't be right."
"Switzerland is called a beautiful country,"
Spahn, think of whether you must regulate the recruitment of professionals in certain occupational groups within the EU. The free movement of persons in Europe should not be made generally out of the question. The corresponding agreement is already in place in the world health organization WHO. "This could be a role model."
Spahn acknowledged that he understands the behavior of the German Doctors and the nursing staff. "Switzerland is a beautiful country." (roy/SDA)
