George Floyd's family sues police officers

George Floyd's family sues city of Minneapolis and the four police officers accused of his death.

It informs the family lawyer, Ben Crump, on Wednesday, reports CBS News.

According to the civil action that was filed at a district court in Minnesota, injured the four officers George Floyd's rights, as they restrained him during an arrest, which ended up costing the black american life.

the Family also believes that the authorities in Minneapolis has allowed a culture where the excessive abuse of power, racism, and impunity has been allowed to flourish in the police force.
