the EU and The League of Arab states (LAS) has, with the adoption of a joint statement cast a foundation for closer cooperation with promising prospects, believes the prime minister and the EU president.
It has happened on a summit, the first - but not the last - of its kind, on Sunday and Monday in the egyptian Sharm el-Sheikh.
