Driver falls asleep: two cars and facade hit

In a traffic accident on the Woumenweg in Woumen near Diksmuide were Sunday afternoon three cars and the facade of a house heavily damaged.

How the accident exactly happened is still not entirely clear. May was the driver of a Peugeot from the direction of Ypres came around 16 hours asleep behind the wheel. The Peugeot week of the roadway and bounce back against two parked cars on the other side of the road, in the direction of Ypres. A Range Rover Discovery Sport and a Ford Fiesta were through the blow a few steps further catapulted. Both cars were severely damaged.
