Do dolls, that are sold to children, have realistic genitalia?

The question is right now the focal point of the debate after an announcement around christmas has been shared by several different profiles on Facebook.

Facebook-the spreads has been shared several thousand times and has received thousands of comments. The notices have gone viral and have generated considerable debate.

A Facebook user writes thus:
