Diksmuide break world record didn't scream, but producing creditable 111 decibels
Diksmuide With a three quarter delay, went to the borders to shout on the Market square of Diksmuide. A hundred enthusiasts were 111 decibels. No new world record, but a pack hoarse vocal cords.

‘Kidsmuide’ in the centre of Diksmuide was Saturday afternoon, a cozy family event. Isabel Boons asked of her book, "Ketchup is a vegetable" and Kenny Desaever organized a course for the benefit of the cancer fund for children. Kenny will be this summer the Tour de France ride, like his father, the late Alain Desaever in 1979 did. The highlight of the afternoon was the attempt to break the world record scream to break. That is in the name of Finland, that is 127 decibels at each other and screamed. The people came but slow together but eventually troepten still a hundred people together. The best effort was good for 111 decibels.
