In 2004, wrote Bernd Griese namely, even under a purchase contract, where his daughter Vibeke Harboe Malling and son-in-law, Søren Malling, bought a house of Harboe for 3.1 million Danish kroner. It displays the information in the land register.

Previously also Harboe's long-standing president and ceo Ruth Schade - which several sources described as Bernd Grieses 'right hand' - bought a house of the brewery.

The same has her nephew, Martin Schade, who today sits in the executive board together with Søren Malling.

Nor do they act arouses the enthusiasm of Lars Frederiksen, chairman of the Committee for good corporate governance, which sets out guidelines for the country's listed companies.

- It is a bad custom, and the sort of people therefore stay away from it. The trades are something that Harboe's shareholders should ask questions at a general meeting, he says.

Bernd Griese is not returned in the Additional Magazine's questions about the Harboe sale of houses to Ruth and Martin Schade.

Bernd Griese and his three daughters, owns 16 percent of the shares in Harboes bryggeri, while the remaining 84 percent is owned by other shareholders.

the Family's shares are however so-called A-shares.

It means that the daughters - Karina Harboe Laursen, Vibeke Harboe Malling and Pernille Obling Griese - just over 50 percent of the votes in the company.

Thus determines the sovereign of the brewery.

because of the silence of the protagonist, it is not clear why Harboe has not previously desired to inform the above-mentioned real estate transactions.

However, neither Bernd Grieses or the brewery's handling of the matter impresses Per Hansen, investeringsøkonom at Nordnet.
