the Media have urged us customers to switch banks to get better interest rates. This by setting the banks against each other.

and made our case. The response we got was very condescending:

”You have neither large debts or a large fortune so really, you are a burden for the bank. Good luck switching banks.”

according to what I understand is that we small investors to largely bear up the business. It seems the managements of the banks ignore the.

customers out in the villages completely to their fate. It is more important for the bank to keep the shareholders satisfied with the large profits than giving customers the service in smaller towns.

It all ended with that we should be happy and thankful that we may remain as a customer in our old bank.
