- We can all be good dehydrate, but it is enough especially children and also the elderly who may not be aware of the signals that can come in the form of headaches, or if you get a little uncomfortable, saith the Herdis Damberg.

- So we take extra care of children and the elderly in terms of helping them to get drunk or stay in the shade.

And there is good reason to take it seriously.
