Summer vacation is well underway for many danes, but the weather is not seriously followed.
The trend seems to continue in a weekend where the temperature hardly gets much above 20 degrees in most places.
It tells Klaus Larsen, duty meteorologist at DMI, on Friday morning.
- We find ourselves in the cool end of summer weather, and it looks to continue right now, he says.
on Friday, the country is divided up in two.
The northern part is a del sol, especially early in the day, while the clouds and rain pull up over the southern part.
Rainfall is moving into the country, and in the afternoon it will slowly clear up from the southeast.
Temperatures are between 13 and 18 degrees. In a few places by the Limfjord, one can hope for up to 20 degrees.
It continues to cool over the weekend, but a little improvement is on the way, says Klaus Larsen.
- It will be a nice and fresh weekend with little or no sun, he says.
Saturday will be mostly windy with a steady hard wind, and Sunday will be a tad milder with a light to fresh breeze.
Both days will temperatures typically lie between 14 and 19 degrees, and each of the places you can reach up to 20 degrees.
during the night it can generally be quite cool at the weekend with temperatures down around 10 degrees and some places colder.
Looking a bit further ahead, there is 'great variation' in the projections, says Klaus Larsen.
- Next week looks generally a little better and the temperature will get above 20 degrees. But it is incredibly varied, and forecasts vary widely in both directions, he says.
